What locations do you ship to?

At present, we ship anywhere within Europe, United Kingdom, and the United States.

How long will it take to receive my package/order?

Standard Shipping- 10 days

Express - 5 to 7 days

Expedited - 2 to 3 days depending on location.

What is the cost of shipping methods available?

Standard - 10 Euro

Express - 15 Euro

Expedited - 20 Euro

There is free shipping on all orders over 100 Euro.


How do I place an order with you?

Browse products, add them to cart and checkout using the options presented. If you require any assistance you can contact us here.

How can I cancel or amend my order after I have placed it?

Send an email to with your order ID. Please allow up to 48 hours to get back to you.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you do not. However, you can choose to create one to make re-ordering easy.

How do I track my order?

We will update you with the tracking number as soon as your purchase leaves the warehouse. Usually within the next working day of placing the order.

I'm missing a product from my order, what do I do?

No panic! If you have ordered multiple items, there is a chance that one or more of these items will arrive separately due to logistical issues. In order to meet our express 5-7 day delivery guidelines, we ship items at the earliest from the nearest warehouse based on your location. If that is the case, the order is not marked complete until all the items are shipped out. If your order was marked complete and you are yet to receive one or more items please drop an email to and we'll reach out to you.

What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?

In the unlikely event of you receiving a defective product, please take a picture of the same and notify us immediately by sending an email to We will try to replace the item when possible or will contact you for a full refund or store credit based on your preference.

Will you refund the shipping charges on my parcel?

Unfortunately we cannot as these costs are passed on to the carrier/logistics partners. The refund will be the total cost minus the shipping costs.


Why have I received an email saying the item I've ordered is out of stock?

Occassionally, the item you have purchased is no longer available or has been sold out. We take every effort to ensure the products available on the website are in sync real-time with our product inventory but sometimes this is not the case, especially during special offers/promotions. When this happens we will contact you to work out a store credit for your next purchase or refund as per your preference.

I found a product I like very much but my preferred size/color variant is not available. Is there anything I can do?

You can write to us at and we will check with our distributors/stockists to check if we can obtain the variant for you.

Can you tell me more about your Price Promise policy?

If you find a product that is being sold on our website at a lower price elsewhere, contact us and we promise to match the price at that location.


What is your return policy?

You can return any (unused) item in its original condition within 14 days of purchase.

How do I make a gift exchange?
