No, you do not. However, you can choose to create one to make re-ordering easy.
We will update you with the tracking number as soon as your purchase leaves the warehouse. Usually within the next working day of placing the order.

No panic! If you have ordered multiple items, there is a chance that one or more of these items will arrive separately due to logistical issues. In order to meet our express 5-7 day delivery guidelines, we ship items at the earliest from the nearest warehouse based on your location. If that is the case, the order is not marked complete until all the items are shipped out. If your order was marked complete and you are yet to receive one or more items please drop an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll reach out to you.
In the unlikely event of you receiving a defective product, please take a picture of the same and notify us immediately by sending an email to email@example.com. We will try to replace the item when possible or will contact you for a full refund or store credit based on your preference.
Unfortunately we cannot as these costs are passed on to the carrier/logistics partners. The refund will be the total cost minus the shipping costs.
Occassionally, the item you have purchased is no longer available or has been sold out. We take every effort to ensure the products available on the website are in sync real-time with our product inventory but sometimes this is not the case, especially during special offers/promotions. When this happens we will contact you to work out a store credit for your next purchase or refund as per your preference.
